Accessible Hope International
Accessible Hope partners with locally-led organizations and ministries around the world who serve the disability community through hands-on, wholistic development programming and discipleship. These organizations are their Global Hope Partners. AHIs flagship, on-the-ground program – Women of Hope Sierra Leone (WOHSL) – is based in Sierra Leone, West Africa. For over eleven years, in partnership with local staff, WOHSL has been serving over 600 women in four communities in northern Sierra Leone. It is a joy for AHI to walk alongside organizations and ministries who are serving people with disabilities around the globe who are learning of their inherent value as Image Bearers and introducing them to the One True God who loves them!.
Equip is the training arm of Accessible Hope International. After years of experience working in the developing world, AHI developed a training curriculum designed to better incorporate people with disabilities into the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 16-20) and invite them into the Body of Christ. AHI walks alongside churches, ministries, and groups who work in the developing world and want to better prepare their leaders to embrace Jesus’ approach to disability, and learn how to incorporate people with disabilities into their communities and churches.

In 2019 we celebrated 10 years of ministry in Sierra Leone!
Today is the first of 4 celebrations for 10 years of Women of Hope! First celebration in Makeni. More to come!
It’s been a great day of celebrating 10 years of transformational ministry with Women of Hope Sierra Leone. These are pix from the first of 4 celebrations in the four towns we minister in – Makeni, Kamakwie, Kamalo, and Magburaka. We started at a church with a program that included songs, testimonies, prayers of thanks and a sermon. We then marched about a half hour from the church to the center of town, being led by a brass band.
