Second Chance Thrift Store’s has moved to a new location. As of June 4, 2018 it is located at 753 N. Main Street in Oshkosh. This store provides clothing, furniture and other household items to the public at greatly reduced prices. Second Chance provides clothing vouchers for adults and children in need of assistance for various reasons, such as to help find employment, warm clothing for the winter or changes in people’s lives. Just recently, the program helped 124 adults and 98 children throughout the Oshkosh community in a year’s time. Jericho Road Ministries provided over $2000 in assistance through this center.

As with all the Jericho Road Ministries, Second Chance would not be able to do this work without the invaluable assistance of their volunteers. Volunteers provided the store with over 500 visits in the most recent year. Community Service hours also provided over 1500 hours in over 530 visits. Some of the agencies that partner with Second Chance are Winnebago County Social Services, Forward Services and the Oshkosh Area School District.
