Zion Apartments vacancy level is low with the buildings usually filled at or close to capacity. As people leave the facility, the units are being refurbished so Zion can provide quality living environments for all tenants. The facility offers one and two bedroom apartments with ample closet space built into each unit. Underground parking options are available. Zion Apartments does not provide onsite medical personnel. Apartments are not income based.

About Zion Apartments
Beginning in 2012, Jericho Road Ministries, Inc. (JRM) launched an updating project for Zion Apartments. We have replaced all windows, 9 exterior doors, rebuilt an entrance, replaced the roof on one of the buildings, new siding and insulation on both buildings and rebuilt the elevators.
What do you get for your money?
It covers the things you expect:
Water, Sewer, Heat in some units (reduced rent for those units paying for heat), General Repair and maintenance of the building, Lighting, Heating and Cleaning of the Common Areas, Lawn Grooming,
Elevator, Maintenance and Repair of all the major appliances in your apartment, Exterior Window Cleaning annually.
We also provide a few things you may not expect such as: Cable TV, Intercom and Locked Mail Boxes, Fire Alarm System, Library Books (provided each month by the Library), Exercise Area for use anytime, a Party Area for your use for family gatherings, and monthy get-togethers for fun and fellowship.
Will parking be available?
Off street parking is included. Limited garage spaces can be rented at an additional cost.
You must provide your own furniture. We provide and maintain the stove, refrigerator and air conditioner.
Is there a laundry facility?
There is a laundry room with coin operated machines inside the building. Half of the money collected is kept in a fund for extras related to the apartments such as activities and furniture for common area patios.
Typical Floor Plan
Most of the apartments are two bedroom units, with about 860 square feet of space. There is also a lot of closet space built into each apartment. ADA compliant bathrroms with gally style kitchens. A large walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
We have a limited supply of one bedroom apartments. These are approximately 650 square feet, with similar amenities to the two bedroom units.
Eligibility
Anyone who is 55 years of age or older is eligible to live at Zion Apartments. Residency in this complex is not limited to members of Zion Lutheran Church. Apartments are not income based.
Are apartments furnished?
You must provide your own furniture. We provide and maintain the stove, refrigerator and air conditioner.
