JRM seeks volunteers to fill opportunities at any of their business units:

- The Lutheran Food Pantry
- 2nd Chance Thrift store and Furniture Center

The Lutheran Food Pantry is now the second largest food pantry in the community.
Hydroponics
Fresh produce to support the food pantry
Thrift Store
Providing clothing, furniture and other household items to the public at greatly reduced prices.
Day Care
Emphasizing the creative, social, intellectual, cognitive and physical growth of each child.
Senior Apartments
Providing quality living environments for all tenants.
